BSED Enrollment for the 2025-2026 school year opens on MAY 1ST.
Enrollment is first come, first serve, so please reach out to Janelle and Kelsey at directors@bsed.org for information.
First, please familiarize yourself with our Enrollment Commitment Contract and Parent Handbook (updated January 2025). Once you have read these documents you may begin the enrollment process.
Tuition and Fees
What can I expect to pay?
There is a $100 enrollment fee collected after enrollment. This fee is refundable if your child never attends BSED.
Tuition costs are set for the year and divided into 10 equal monthly payments. No payments will be prorated due to school vacations.
Tuition is due on the first of every month from August 1st through May 1st. You can generally expect a 1%-5% increase year to year.
There will be a $15 late fee applied to your account if you do not pay your child’s tuition by the 15th of the month.
Any extra days your child attends will be $40.

Ready to enroll?
New Families: Please reach out to Janelle and Kelsey at directors@bsed.org to be sent the BSED Enrollment Commitment Contract. Open enrollment begins on May 1st. No contracts from new families will be accepted before that date. You will then need to create a Procare account to finalize enrollment with us. Once you have created an account, we will reach out within 48 hours with further instructions.
Existing families: You will be emailed an Enrollment Commitment Contract in April to be returned after it is completed and signed. Completing this reserves your child’s space in the program. Log into your MyProcare.com account to complete re-registration forms between June 1st and 30th. NOTE: if you have another child who will be joining us for the first time, please reach out to Janelle and Kelsey at directors@bsed.org with their full name and birthday so they can be added to your account.
Once you have completed the enrollment commitment contract, your child’s place in the program will be reserved.
You will have from June 1st-30th to complete the re-registration child information forms on MyProcare.com and pay the $100 fee. Anyone who does not complete these forms by June 30th forfeits their child’s space in the program and a student from the waitlist will be contacted.
NOTE: If your child has been prescribed a rescue medication such as an Epi-pen or inhaler, there are two more forms which are required for their file by the department of Early Education and Care - an Individual Health Care Plan and a Medication Consent Form - which need to be signed by a doctor. We are also required to have their medication in its original box and with their original prescription. Failure to provide these to BSED will result in your child being dismissed from the program.
